Panattoni has received €54m loan from BNP Paribas Bank Polska for the Panattoni Park Bydgoszcz IV – a 110,000m2 complex of three buildings in Bydgoszcz that was handed over in July this year and is now 90% commercialised.
“When the time came for us to hand the largest park in Bydgoszcz over for use, we were already nearing its full commercialisation, which proves the huge potential of the location. Our modern industrial space superbly meets the needs of business and thus drives the development of the region and the creation of new jobs. The investment policy of our company is based on solid fundamentals and this has also been noticed by financial institutions. The €54m loan demonstrates the huge confidence they have in our development.
