Opus Land Development has announced the inauguration of the €20m retail park in northern Bucharest, which has been built with an investment of €20m. The opening is scheduled for October 22nd.
Cosmopolis Plaza, situated within the residential compound of the same name, spans across 20,000m2 and boasts 40 new stores
"Eight years after the opening of the first strip mall within a residential neighborhood in Romania, Cosmopolis Plaza is taking it to the next level. The number of residents in Cosmopolis and the northern area of the capital has significantly increased during this time, and this has been the main argument that prompted us to make the decision to expand the range of stores in the area," said Ozan Tuncer, CEO of Cosmopolis.
