OBBrealinvest has hired CB Richard Ellis as advisor for the investment of €500 million in real estate in Europe over the next 18 months. The fund OBBrealinvest is based in Birmingham and will focus on the retail and logistical market.
The countries in which the fund will invest are France, Benelux, Germany and Central-Europe.
