Oasis Retail & Development Consulting has recently signed with Raiffeisen Bank Romania a credit for €8.5m for refinancing their retail parks projects: Prima Shops Oradea and Mangalia.
Prima Shops Oradea is developed by Oasis in the city center, on Decebal bvd, right near Kaufland hypermarket, in two phases of 5,000 m² each. The first phase was opened in April this year and is now 100% leased to CCC, Takko, Deichman, Pepco, Flanco, Noriel, Intersport and JYSK. The Danish furniture & accessories retailer JYSK has recently signed for 1,100 m² and will open the store in August. The second phase of the project is to be opened in the autumn of this year.
Prima Shops Mangalia was inaugurated in the summer of 2016, in the vicinity of Kaufland hypermarket, the gallery being leased to Deichman and Pepco.
“We have used our own capital to develop the two retail parks in Mangalia and Oradea. In the context of the financing conditions improvements on the Romanian market and the sustainable retail growth we have decided to refinance this investment, following to take upon new opportunities in the market”, said Klaus Reisenauer, Associate within Oasis Retail & Development Consulting.
