The Supervisory Board of Royal BAM Group nv announced that Mr Wim van Vonno (64) will retire as per 31 December 2005. After 23 years of chairmanship of the Executive Board he will hand over to Mr Joop van Oosten (57) on 1 October 2005.
Joop van Oosten joined Royal BAM Group in 1976. After holding several positions in the Group he was appointed to the Executive Board in 1995.
The other members of the Executive Board are Adrian Franklin, Nico de Vries and Jan Ruis (CFO).
