NCC Construction AS has entered into an agreement with Briksdalen Eiendom regarding the construction of new office and commercial premises at Slependen in the Municipality of Asker. The project is valued at approximately SEK 141 million (NOK 131 million).
Project work will commence no later than January 3, 2005 and the estimated construction period is 22 months.
The project comprises a total of 38,000 m². A three-story garage facility accounts for 23,100 m² of the total and the two-story office and commercial premises for the remaining 14,900 m².
