Murrelektronik is expanding its current premises for the Swedish head office at Kroksabeln 12 in Berga by 1,900m2.
Murrelektronik has been a tenant of Wihlborgs since 2007 with a location at the heart of Berga industrial area. The new contract encompasses almost 4,000m2 and entails an expansion of 1,900m2 distributed across offices and warehouses/production. Occupancy of the new premises will take place in two stages in September 2024 and February 2025.

A former padel hall at the property will now become a modern and functional warehouse and production hall, which demonstrates our ability to transition in light of new needs,” said Ulrika Hallengren, CEO of Wihlborgs.
