Multi Corporation has completed the acquisition of a 10.000m2 office complex including a parking garage at Wognumsebuurt 10-12 in Alkmaar. The complex is temporarily in use by the Municipality of Alkmaar.
The asset is situated next to Alkmaar Centraal Station and is entirely used by the Municipality of Alkmaar, with the current user agreement remaining in place. In the future, Multi Corporation intends to transform the former office building into a mixed-use development, which consists of living, working and retail spaces.
In this transaction, Multi Corporation received advice from Hemwood (legal) and TAUW (technical). The seller was represented by OsborneClarke (legal).
