In April 2003, Mn Services has signed an agreement with Asia Real Estate Fund Management LTD, a joint venture of Keppel Land International and AMP Henderson Global Investors. This causes Mn Services to participate in Asia No. 1 Property Fund, initiated by this joint venture.
The fund´s target is to buy real estate in the Asian region for a total value of US$ 750 mln. The fund aims at Asian real estate markets with many opportunities. In principal the fund will invest in offices, shops and housing.
