Mn Services' managing director of asset management, Hans Rademaker, is leaving to become managing director of fiduciary management at Kempen & Co. Rademaker's move is the latest in a series of executive departures at Mn, the third largest Dutch pensions asset management company.
For the last five years, Rademaker (43) acted as Managing Director Asset Management. He was successful in expanding the reputation of Mn Services as asset manager, acquisition, fiduciary management and product development. He is a much appreciated person within our organization and his departure is regretted. At the same time, we find it logical that his service record invites third parties to offer him opportunities. After careful personal considerations, Rademaker decided to grab one of these opportunities: he will switch to Kempen & Co to become Managing Director Fiduciary Management.
The search for a suitable successor of Rademaker has been initiated: we are looking for a person equally professional and successful in leading the team of 110 professionals of the business unit Asset Management.
