Meta Estate Trust bought Poiana SPV 6814 SRL for €1.25m. This transaction was concluded to consolidate Meta Estate's position in Poiana Brasov, an area of investment interest, and further guarantee the investment of Meta Estate's shareholders to date.
Rock Development Holding has announced plans to construct a Kempinki hotel in Poiana Brasov. The hotel will be located on the shore of the resort's lake, opposite the Aurelius hotel. Additionally, an aparthotel will be constructed between Sura Dacilor and Imparatul Romanilor, approximately 300 meters from the lake.
In December, Meta Estate Trust shared that the developer of the Neagoe Basarab project in Poiana Brasov, in which the company has invested €1.5m, has partnered with the Accor group to open the Swissotel hotel in 2024.
“The two transactions reflect a dynamic start to 2024 for Meta Estate Trust, with our team taking concrete steps to achieve our goals. Through these operations, we capitalized, on the one hand, on existing investments at maturity, obtaining attractive returns for investors. On the other hand, since taking over the mandate, my team and I have been concerned with strengthening the portfolio. In this sense, we aimed to secure the strategic position of the company in relation to the investments made", said Alexandru Bonea, CEO of Meta Estate Trust.
