MAXX continues to grow its portfolio with the opening of MAXX Hotel Aalen. In addition to 133 modern, spacious guest rooms and suites, the new hotel building features three conference rooms as well as the hotel's own fitness and wellness area. The FROQ restaurant rounds off the culinary service. MAXX Hotel Aalen is the sixth hotel under the midscale brand name MAXX by Deutsche Hospitality and is operated by Augsburg-based Scoop Hotels GmbH.
"The hotel is a perfect addition to the new city district. Centrally located, easily accessible, and in the immediate vicinity of the Kulturbahnhof, the hotel is a great addition to a range of accommodations in Aalen," said Lord Mayor Frederick Brutting.
"We are very pleased to be present in Aalen with a MAXX Hotel. MAXX by Deutsche Hospitality is uncomplicated, family-oriented, and modern, which is why the brand fits perfectly with Aalen," commented Kai H. Gehrmann, Vice President Franchise, Deutsche Hospitality. "Thanks to its central location, MAXX Hotel Aalen is an attractive site for business and leisure travelers alike."
Axel Junke, Managing Director of the Scoop Hotels Group, said: "Together with Deutsche Hospitality, we are looking forward to launching a modern, design-oriented hotel concept with tremendous potential at an excellent location this summer with the opening of Maxx Hotel Aalen."
Carmen Sasse, General Manager of MAXX Hotel Aalen, added: "The entire team and myself are very pleased to be able to celebrate the opening of our hotel. At MAXX Hotel Aalen, we not only want to offer a home to travelers, but we also cordially invite residents as well as visitors to the Kulturbahnhof to discover what we have to offer in the culinary area."
