Lucis One, the first of a total of seven buildings to be developed at High Tech Campus Eindhoven, is in full swing. When it is expected to be completed in the autumn of 2024, Lucis One will have eleven floors and, at 45m, will be the tallest building on the Campus, clearly visible from the A2/N2/A67. With a building size of 11,000m² and rental units from c. 500m², companies can give their own interpretation to the available workspace; from the office to the electrical engineering lab. The future six Lucis buildings also offer opportunities for housing a single company.
