Real estate investor Amvest has closed 2003 with a total investment result of € 93 million. This is 17% less than the previous year. The reason for this decline is a minor increase on value of Amvest’s portfolio. Still, the direct investment result did increase, from € 1 million to € 14 million.
Although the number of residentials in the portfolio of Amvest dropped from 11.910 to 10.441, the net rentals of Amvest remained at the same level as in 2002 (€ 61 million). This was enabled by a raise of rents and a restructure of the portfolio. The value of the residential portfolio is € 1,69 billion.
