Capsule is LGIM’s bespoke, work-ready office space, bringing together the key elements required for a modern, collaborative working environment. The Crayfields Park Capsule suite comprises c. 173.4m2, designed to a high standard with the flexibility to incorporate several workstations, executive offices, meeting rooms, and break-out areas. It includes a kitchen and allocated parking is also provided, with staff able to use the brand-new cycle storage and shower facilities, which are due to be built in the coming months.
Crayfields Park is strategically located in Orpington’s Cray Valley, operating as a gateway between Kent and London. The new Capsule operator will join over 19,500m2 of office and industrial occupiers at the site, benefitting from its thriving commercial community and excellent transport links.
