LaSalle, the global real estate investment manager, and Citygrove Securities have received planning consent from the City of London for the redevelopment of 60 London Wall, following an extensive public consultation.
60 London Wall is a mixed-use office and retail building. When approved, the redevelopment will provide a total of 29,728m² of prime Grade A office space across the ground and 10 upper floors ranging from 1,672m² to 3,716m² with roof terraces, together with 1,672m² of retail space. The project has a target completion date of Spring 2019.
LaSalle is working closely with EPR Architects to create an exciting design concept that delivers first class, flexible workspace by adding four storeys in a contemporary design that is complementary to the Bank Conservation Area.
Joint letting agents are Knight Frank and JLL. EPR is the architect appointed on the scheme.
