Knotel expands its footprint in Dublin (IE)

Knotel has signed the leases on a further two properties in Dublin, to add to Riverview House its first Dublin location in November 2019. According to Savills, who facilitated the transactions with flexible workspace giant, the acquisition of 8,785ft² at the Bloodstone Building on Sir John Rogerson’s Quay and 8,666ft² at Ashford House, Tara Street both in Dublin 2, will bring Knotel’s total space in Dublin to 25,435ft².

 

Frank Zorn, head of European expansion at Knotel, commented: “Many enterprise customers from across a number of our markets have enquired about Knotel’s offering in Dublin. Our entry to the Irish market is based upon customer demand and the growing maturity of Dublin’s commercial real estate market. We look forward to providing our tailored and scalable workplace platform to new and existing customers in Dublin, aligned with their business and property needs”.

 

Eileen Sharpe, Divisional Manager of IDA Ireland’s Emerging Business, New Forms of Investment & Growth Markets Division, said: “Knotel’s arrival into Ireland and its pace of acquisitions since then is timely in meeting demand for quality office space in and around the capital.”
