The Dutch real estate company KFN has sold a portfolio consisting of six office buildings to Cocon Vastgoed Management. The portfolio has a total surface of 27,832 m².
The offices are situated in Gouda (Stavorenweg), Rotterdam (Brouwershuys and Max Euwehuis), Breda (Emmastraat) and Groningen (Fongersstede). The sale is in line with KFNâs portfolio strategy, which is focused on a rejuvenation of the office portfolio in urban junctions.
