Sponda Plc's Board of Directors has appointed Mr Kari Inkinen, 47, MSc. (Eng.) to be the company's new President and CEO. Mr Inkinen is currently President and CEO of Kapiteeli Plc.
Kari Inkinen takes up his new position at Sponda on 1 June 2005. He has been President and CEO of Kapiteeli between 1999 and 2005 and before that held several senior management positions with YIT Corporation between 1985 and 1998.
Sponda Plc's current President and CEO, Kari Kolu, is moving to Renor Oy as its President and CEO on 1 June 2005.
