The KanAm Grund Group has acquired the AGAPES property in Villeneuve d’Ascq, in the Lille area in France, for one of its special real estate funds. The long-term tenant of the property is the Agapes S.A. group. — the food division of the Association familiale Mulliez (AFM).

The office building with a total area of c. 9,000m2 was completed in 2020. It has two basement floors, a ground floor and two upper floors, with two large courtyards bringing in natural light. The rental areas have high-quality furnishings, modern floor plans, and communication zones that meet the requirements of the "New Ways of Working." The property is also BREEAM 'very good' certified for its high sustainability standards.
