In a deal with Fabege, JM sells properties Skogskarlen 1 and 3 in Solna, Holar 1 and Paradiset 23 in Stockholm. The selling price totalled SEK 335 million, providing a capital gain of SEK 19 million. This result will be reported in the fourth quarter of 2005.
