JM will build a new retail store building next to the Nova Lund shopping center for Rodamco Europe. JM signed an agreement with Rodamco for the future takeover of the property after completion in September 2006. The deal is worth a total of about SEK 90m (approx. 10m) and will be reported under ongoing project development.
