As a component of its project development strategy, JM is acquiring the residential properties Kortvingen 1 and 2, located on Nathorstvägen in Hammarbyhöjden, Stockholm, for about €2,51 (SEK 25 million). The seller is a private property owner.
The acquisition includes two apartment buildings containing 23 apartments and leasable space of about 1,321 m2.
