A joint venture of Czech real estate open ended fund INVESTIKA and Luxembourg private equity investor BUD HOLDINGS has acquired Luzycka Office Park (buildings A, B, C and D) and Luzycka Plus, located in Gdynia. All purchased buildings represent the “A” class, with total GLA of 27,200m². They are a great example of a sustainable construction project, located in the dynamically developing business center of the city, in an unique direct location at the Pomeranian Metropolitan Railway (PKM) stop and in the vicinity of two fast city rail stops (SKM), in close proximity to the main communication artery of Gdynia, Sopot and Gdansk. To the international airport access by car or PKM takes about 20 minutes only.
Luzycka Office Park and Luzycka Plus feature a timeless architectural and technical solutions, what guarantees comfortable working conditions for its tenants. The facades mixed with natural stone have a variable percentage of glazing, adjusted to the sunlight and energy entering the buildings.
