INTERNOS sells two warehouses in France for €9.05 million (FR)

INTERNOS Global Investors Limited (INTERNOS), the €4.1 billion owner-managed real estate fund management firm, has sold two warehouses totalling 17,138 m² in France for €9.05 million on behalf of a Swedish pension fund.
The 8,000 m² light industrial building in Hoerdt was sold for €3.5 million to a group of local private investors. Located 10 km north of Strasburg, the building comprises four units, of which three are currently let.
The 9,138 m² cross-docking warehouse in Lyon was sold for €5.55 million to an end user, which is an international courier company.
