ING Real Estate has acquired the recently developed BETA office building, located in the BB Centre in Prague for the real estate investment portfolio of ING Insurance. BB Centre is a development of the Czech company Passerinvest Group.
BETA contains 18,000 m² of first-rate office space including several retail units, a restaurant on the ground floor, and a large underground car park. Tenants include GoodYear/Dunlop, RWE, Strom Telecom, Samsung, and Logos.
