ING Real Estate acquired 25% of Vesteda for EUR 736 mln. Last September a letter of intent was signed between the three parties involved, ING Real Estate, Vesteda and ABP, the seller.
ABP still owns 75% of Vesteda but intends to keep only an interest of 25% in Vesteda. New shareholders are therefore shortly expected.
