Indurent completed the final phase of speculative development at Indurent Park Broomhall, Worcester, delivering a total of 6,689m2 across two warehouse units.
The mid-box units, which comprise 2,973m2 and 3,716m2 respectively, have been developed according to the ‘Indurent Code’ of sustainable construction, targeting a BREEAM ‘Excellent’ accreditation for sustainability and EPC ‘A’ rating for energy efficiency. Both units offer a minimum clear internal height of 8m and incorporate Grade A office space to meet the needs of businesses across a range of sectors including e-commerce, light manufacturing, transport and logistics, and will support a range of employment types.
Indurent has also agreed on a new 3,809m2 lease at the Park with existing customer Nemesis, a distributor for leading lifestyle and automotive brands. Indurent has played a key role in the growth of the family-run business, which has significantly expanded its operations and will now occupy more than 5,109m2 at Indurent Park Broomhall.
Marcus Riley, Development Manager, Indurent, commented: “The completion of phase three on a speculative basis underlines the strong demand we are seeing for best-in-class industrial workspace in the Worcester area. The Park’s exceptional location and its large and skilled local workforce continue to appeal to an array of manufacturing and distribution businesses in the Midlands, and we are seeing strong interest already, in line with the leasing momentum we achieved for the earlier phases.” ?
