Municipal housing expenses will increase substantially more than annueal inflation rate next year. The average increase will amount to 7.3%, whereas inflation is estimated at only 2.5%.
These are the results of a random national sample published by Vereniging Eigen Huis (VEH - Association of Home Owners).
Some municipalities will see increases of even 23.7%. Of the sample of 100 cities and villages (over 15,000 inhabitants) no less than 90.3% will increase municipal housing expenses by more than the annual inflation rate.
