Richard Homburg, Chairman and CEO of Homburg Invest Inc. reports that the company has entered into an agreement to purchase 9 Pizza Hut locations in Quebec and Ontario. The 9 properties total approximately 38,700 square feet of building area and are located in Granby, Bromont and Sherbrooke, Quebec; and Lindsay (2),
Belleville, Kingston, Treton and Gananoque, Ontario. The properties are under lease to Prizm Brands Inc.
In February 2004, Homburg purchased 10 Pizza Hut locations in Eastern Quebec which have proven accretive to its operations. On closing, scheduled for November 15, 2005, Homburg will have acquired 19 Pizza Hut facilities totalling approximately 80,400 square feet.
