Haslemere NV announces that it has bought in for cancellation GBP25.5 million of the GBP200 million 6.25% First Mortgage Debenture Bonds 2024 issued in 1999 by its Jersey subsidiary, Haslemere Jersey Finance Ltd.
Following cancellation, GBP174.5 million of the Bonds will remain outstanding.
