GTC has sold its landmark GTC X office building in Belgrade for €52m, securing €24m in net proceeds after loan repayment. This transaction supports GTC’s strategy of enhancing liquidity, preserving cash, and maintaining financial flexibility.
GTC X is a modern, 18,000m2 office building featuring a striking glass facade and flexible layouts designed for innovative businesses. The sale reflects GTC’s focus on prudent asset management and strengthening its financial standing.
This deal follows recent sales of a prime land plot in Warsaw for €55m and Zagreb’s Matrix C office building for €27m, reinforcing GTC’s financial strategy. The company continues to manage 745,000m2 of commercial real estate across Central and Eastern Europe while expanding its development pipeline.
