GTC X in Belgrade sold for €52m (RS)

GTC has sold its landmark GTC X office building in Belgrade for 52m, securing 24m in net proceeds after loan repayment. This transaction supports GTCs strategy of enhancing liquidity, preserving cash, and maintaining financial flexibility.

 

GTC X is a modern, 18,000m2 office building featuring a striking glass facade and flexible layouts designed for innovative businesses. The sale reflects GTCs focus on prudent asset management and strengthening its financial standing.

 

This deal follows recent sales of a prime land plot in Warsaw for 55m and Zagrebs Matrix C office building for 27m, reinforcing GTCs financial strategy. The company continues to manage 745,000m2 of commercial real estate across Central and Eastern Europe while expanding its development pipeline.
