Half year figures 2002 show a slight increase of 3.0% in earnings after tax compared to the first six months of last year and amounted to € 2.328.000. Rental revenues increased by 8.7% during the first six months of 2002 compared to the same period last year and amounted to € 6.069.000.
Oprational expenses increased by 15.6% due to a reservation for maintenance of € 225.000, where no reservation was made last year. Interest charges increased due to the start of the Revitalisation Plan as credit facilties have been used to realize the plan.
