Panattoni has secured a 56,000 m² lease with a leading global fashion retailer at Panattoni Park Legnica in Lower Silesia, marking a further step in the developer's ongoing success in the region. This agreement, in addition to a recent lease in Głogów, sees the tenant occupying nearly 100,000 m² across Panattoni’s industrial parks.
With 2.5 million m² of industrial space already delivered in Lower Silesia, Panattoni continues to dominate the local market, accounting for around half of the region’s total supply. The developer’s leasing success in the region last year includes 398,000 m², with a significant portion dedicated to the growing e-commerce sector.
“Our leasing performance last year underscores Lower Silesia’s role as a key logistics hub in this part of Europe. It also demonstrates that e-commerce continues to drive demand for modern, well-located industrial spaces,” said Marek Dobrzycki, Partner at Panattoni. “In a short time, we've signed two agreements in the region with a significant player in the fashion industry - first in Głogów and now in Legnica. Combined, these leases cover 95,000 m² dedicated to e-commerce operations. The tenant has already gained early access to the rented space in the Legnica park and is preparing to launch regular operations.”
Panattoni Park Legnica is the first modern logistics park near the city and boasts excellent transport connectivity. Located along the S3 expressway, the park provides an ideal alternative to the Wrocław market and is perfectly suited for international operations. The project will total nearly 120,000 m², offering flexible space to meet tenant needs and features spacious manoeuvring areas, ground-level gates, and ample parking.
The entire park will undergo BREEAM certification, ensuring high ecological standards and energy efficiency, leading to operational savings for tenants.
