Echo Investment has sold The Gatehouse Offices, the first office building of Warsaw Brewery, to GLL Real Estate Partners for €76.5m. The 15,700m² office building is let to several tenants including L’Oréal Polska, Epam and WeWork. The ground floor will be occupied by cafes, restaurants and stores. The Gatehouse Offices will be ready to move into in 2019.
“The Gatehouse Offices is well leased, perfectly located and featured by a modern architectural design. We started its construction in the spring of last year and we quickly found renowned tenants: L'Oreal Polska, WeWork and Epam. The value of this project is proven by the fact that we are signing a preliminary sales agreement of the property under construction”, says Rafał Mazurczak, Board Member of Echo Investment responsible for Office Department.
