Ghelamco recieves occupancy permit for KREO office building in Krakow (PO)

KREO, Ghelamco's latest investment in Krakow, has received an occupancy permit.

Located at 12 Wadowicka Street, 9-storey building offers easy-to-arrange modern office space with a floor area of over 2,000m2. The Krakow architectural studio Q-arch is responsible for its design.

The KREO building has easy access to the city centre and historic districts like Kazimierz and Stare Podgorze. It has showers, lockers,  dedicated parking for bikes, as well as ample underground and front parking for cars with an electric car charging station. Additionally, the building has a spacious terrace on the roof with stunning views of Krakow and Wawel Castle and plenty of greenery.

"KREO is an ideal place for ambitious, dynamic companies that value innovation, creativity and sustainable development. Behind its timeless stone facades lies the most modern office space in Krakow, confirmed by the prestigious SmartScore and WiredScore certificates. This is our largest investment in Krakow, of which we are proud and we are happy to put it into operation"  said Jarosław Zagorski, managing director of Ghelamco Poland.

KREO's optimal working environment is made possible by the proprietary Signal OS system developed by Ghelamco. This system integrates all building systems into one analytical system that monitors, collects, and evaluates real-time data from the entire facility. Ghelamco is the first developer in Central and Eastern Europe to certify its regional investment in the SmartScore system. KREO will also be assessed in terms of technological advancement by the WiredScore certification team, analyzing solutions in relation to two main criteria. KREO will be certified in the prestigious BREEAM and WELL systems, proving the ecological character of the building and the level of comfort of its use. The "Facilities without Barriers" certificate will confirm full adaptation to the needs of people with disabilities.
