Genesta enters into an agreement to acquire the office property Repslagaren 34 on behalf of its fund GNRE Fund III from Klara Norra Fastigheter AB. The 6,200m² asset is centrally located in Ostermalm, Stockholm. This is the second acquisition on behalf of GNRE Fund III in a short period of time. The fund acquired Filmstaden 23 in Rasunda, Solna, earlier this year. The purchase price was not disclosed.
