General Electric Real Estate France sells a portfolio of 3 hotels in France for €47.15 mln (FR)

General Electric Real Estate France sold a portfolio of 3 hotels, advised by Jones Lang LaSalle Hotels, comprising: The Golden Tulip Boulogne, Holiday Inn Calais Coquelles and The Tulip Inn Ivry to three separate investors. This portfolio comprising 180 four-star rooms and 270 three-star rooms, was sold for €47.15 million.

The Holiday Inn Calais Coquelles was sold to Algonquin, a private investor. The Golden Tulip Boulogne was sold, to Foncière des Murs, and is operated by Accor under the brand Mercure.

Boissée Finances, a private group, acquired The Tulip Inn Ivry, which will operate under the brand Mercure. Boissée Finances owns 52 hotels in France, under the Accor brand and seven hotels outside France, of which six are in Asia operating under the Pansea/Orient Express brand.
