G&S Vastgoed continues the development of Riekerpolder

G&S Vastgoed has filed a development plan with the Amsterdam city coucil for new development in the Riekerpolder area. The project developer asked for an ´article-19´ procedure for the development of 28.000m2 of office space north of the existing Nissan-building.

The plan for the 28.000m2 consists of three interlocking buildings that can be developed separately. G&S wants to start construction by the end of this year. Accoring to Jason Blackmore, commercial director of G&S Vastgoed, the official startdate is dependent on the lease of the Adam Smith building, also developed by G&S Vastgoed and owned by WestInvest.
