GARBE Institutional Capital has sold the office building at Fellenoordstraat 72-94 in Breda, a municipality located between Rotterdam and Antwerp, to FOUR-D on behalf of one of its funds. The office building is located in the center of Breda and encompasses more than 3,200m² of GLA and 57 parking spaces. The building is fully let to five tenants. The purchase price was not disclosed.
FOUR-D, an independent and nationally active property developer, is adding the building to its investment portfolio and will include the site in medium-term developments of the area Gasthuisvelden.
