On 17 September, agreements were signed on sale of the subsidiary Malmstaden. All transactions have now been completed. The transactions included 128 properties with a total lettable area of 580,400 sq.m.
As previously notified, the capital gain from the sales will be reported in earnings for the fourth quarter.
