Esta Holding company plans to develop a new modern business district in Kiev.
Possible investments into the project are estimated at $500 million (approx. 370 million). On a 3 hectare land plot there will be office and retail objects, as well as support and entertainment services. According to the preliminary plan the total area of all buildings will be around 200,000 m².
