EC Harris scores two places on RICS Italy Board (IT)

Two senior members of International Built Asset Consultancy, EC Harris, have been nominated by The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) to join its Board in Italy. The move sees Roberto Talotta, Partner and Location Leader of EC Harris in Italy, plus Gennaro Flammia, Senior Project Manager at EC Harris both become Board members of RICS Italy. This is Roberto's second consecutive mandate.

The RICS is the world's leading qualification for professionals in land, property and construction and the body has over 140,000 members worldwide. The RICS Board overseas all activity in Italy concerned with raising the status of the chartered surveying profession, establishing high educational and professional standards and providing expert policy advice on Italian property and built environment issues.

The selection and subsequent appointment of two representatives from EC Harris to join the Board followed an interview carried out by the Chairman of RICS Europe along with the Chairman and Country Manager of RICS Italy, and is testament to the depth of market expertise and sector knowledge which the firm enjoys across Italy. Such knowledge and expertise has been evaluated by RICS as matching the criteria which will help the achievement of the RICS strategy at European level and within the Italian market.
