Eaton Enterprises moving to Krisztina Palace (HU)

Cushman & Wakefield exclusively representing Union Investment has successfully secured Eaton 2,300 m² of office space at Krisztina Palace office building in Budapest, to open a new Business Service Centre. Eaton was represented by DTZ Hungary. Since the transaction Cushman & Wakefield and DTZ announced the merge under the new brand of Cushman & Wakefield.   

 

As a result of this new transaction, Krisztina Palace is now more than 73% occupied to tenants such as Emirates, Mazars, Deutsche Leasing, Granit Agriculture and Johnson & Johnson.

 

The 18,000 m² A category Krisztina Palace, is located nearby Déli railway station and motorways M1 and M7. Approx. 4,500 m² of office and retail space remains available at the property, split over several floors.
