Deutsche Asset Management has provided a €45m mezzanine facility to Ares Management on two designer outlet centres located in the French cities of Troyes and Roubaix.
Andrea Vanni, Head of European Real Estate Debt Investments for Deutsche AM, said: “We are excited to be a part of the financing structure and to have supported Ares on such quality assets.”
