De Paepe Group to realize Art Building in Brussels (BE)

De Paepe Group has purchased the office building located rue Joseph II no 1 (corner Avenue des Arts, Leopold district) at 1000 Brussels. De Paepe Group has at the same time obtained a permit for the construction of a new office project on the site, where UNICEF offices were formerly established at the ground floor.

This new project, called 'ART BUILDING', meets the highest standards and consists of 7.234 m² of offices, 50 m² of archives and 38 underground parking spaces spread over eight aboveground and two underground floors. The architect is 'Art & Build'.

The building was formerly co-owned by 23 different landlords. De Paepe Group, in collaboration with the King Sturge Development department, has succeeded in acquiring the building in its entirety after a long period of negotiation and relocation of joint owners.

King Sturge has been appointed co-agent with Catella for the sale and letting of the new project.
