Cromwell Property Group, the leading global real estate investment manager, has sold the Rotterdam Science Tower and Port Park Pernis in the Netherlands, as part of a bank workout mandate.
Port Park Pernis is a complex comprising of four office buildings including a restaurant, totalling 21,500 sqm. Rotterdam Science Tower is a multi-let building with a unique mixture of lab space, offices and facilities for laboratory education.
Richard den Hartigh, Head of Asset Management, Benelux at Cromwell Property Group, commented: “Since our appointment to the mandate in 2014, our asset management team has implemented a wide-ranging asset management program that has benefited both current tenants as well as attracting new occupiers. This was evident in how we worked with the Erasmus Centre of Entrepreneurship to let the Rotterdam Science Tower’s office space to more than 50 small start-up companies.”
Savills, Beaufort Corporate Consulting and CMS advised Cromwell on both sales.
