CPI Property Group sells 11 properties to S Immo AG at €481m (CZ)

CPI Property Group has agreed to sell a portfolio totalling 11 properties located in the Czech Republic to S Immo AG. The portfolio comprises seven office properties, three commercial properties, and a plot of land with a total lettable area of around 138,000m2.


The transaction property value is €481m and annual rental income of around €29m. After deduction of bank liabilities, c. €213m, an intra-group liability towards a subsidiary of CPI Property Group, c. €29.5m, and commercial deductions, €51m, the preliminary consideration is c. €187m.
