CLS Holdings plc has secured further leasings of space at its Solna Business Park, for a total rent of 6.18m sek annually. Included amongst the new customer are Alcatel Telecom AB, b2b and Saratoga Systems AB.
CLS executive chairman Sten Mortstedt commented: 'I am pleased that we have been able to continue with the successful lettings of vacant space at Solna Business Park despite the current on-going building works of the ICA house. The development is progressing according to plan.'
