Clearwater Developments has expanded its commercial property portfolio, breathing new life into a vacant office building at County Durham business park.
The company has launched Spectrum 5, which it acquired in February 2023, within Spectrum Business Park in Seaham.
Clearwater Developments has established the space, which is now available for new prospective tenants to view, following the successful occupancy of Lighthouse View in the business park.
